February 2021 update: we have a new survey report available!  Click here to download the results from our fourth survey installment.

As the coronavirus pandemic endures, the third edition of our Fundraising Impact of COVID-19 research report provides a snapshot of the changing effects of the pandemic on nonprofit fundraising and how nonprofit professionals are evolving their fundraising plans and tactics in response. This report details the results of CCS’s third Philanthropic Climate Survey installment, which collected data from nearly 1,400 individuals representing nonprofits of all sectors.

By building on the findings of our previous two surveys, our latest report provides key data on trends in the nonprofit sector since spring 2020. We hope that this report serves as a useful resource for your nonprofit organization as you navigate an ever-transforming philanthropic landscape.

For additional views of the data, check out our special reports on respondents from Arts & Culture, Education, Health, and Human & Social Services organizations.
